Terms of Service

1. Authorized Access

Access to the CloudSync Pro Enterprise Portal is restricted to authorized clients only. Unauthorized attempts to bypass authentication protocols are strictly prohibited and logged for security audit purposes.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for all data synchronization API endpoints. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance.

3. Usage Restrictions

Users may not use CloudSync Pro infrastructure for any activities that violate international cybersecurity laws or data privacy regulations.
